My Booking

In this section you may see how you can check the stage of processing of your booking.
To start the process, open the homepage of www.xlnstransfer.com.

At the top of the page, access the link “My Booking”

In the fields appearing on your screen, please fill in your Order ID on the left, and your e-mail on the right.

Click on “Log In” and if you have filled in all the requested details you, your detailed booking will be displayed.

Under “Status”, you may check the status of your reservation. Below you find a short index:

Pending-Transfer

Your Order has been received .

Pending

Payment has not been confirmed

On-Hold

We have confirmed your payment or the payment method you have selected is a Cash- On- Delivery.

Pending - Return

Your return is pending

Processing

Your transfer is in progress

Cancelled

The transfer was canceled without being executed

Refunded

The refund process is in progress

Failed

Pickup was not possible

Completed

All stages of your booking have been completed. Thank you for your trust.
