Payment methods

For your better service, XLNS Transfer Thessaloniki offers you four different payment methods, so that you choose the one that suits you best.
This section is dedicated to these methods, to make sure that these are fully understood.

The last step of the booking process prompts you to select the Payment method.

Method 1
Direct Bank Transfer
a) Transfer of the due amount from one account to another.
Transfer your payment amount from your bank account to the XLNS Transfer Thessaloniki bank account.
b) Deposit the payment amount to the bank account of XLNS Transfer Thessaloniki.

* In this payment method, we need 5 or more days to clear your payment.
If your first transfer is made before the payment has been cleared, you might encounter problems with your booking. For your best service, and if you do not opt for another payment method, you will need to send us an e-mail with the respective bank statement including your full name and Order ID.

Method 2
Cash- on- delivery
a) Pay in cash directly to the driver who runs your transfer.
b) If you have booked a return, you pay for each transfer separately.
XLNS Transfer gives you the opportunity to pay for the services provided after they have been completed. We pick you up from the point you have indicated and once you reach your destination, you pay the agreed amount to the driver.

Method 3

XLNS Transfer accepts payments through PayPal.
PayPal is an electronic payment portal through which money transfers and payments are processed.

Method 4
Credit/ Debit Card

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
